Refund Policy

We offer a 60 day “No Questions Asked” full refund. If for any reason you wish to be refunded, simply notify us by the means below. If your items have been shipped, we will issue an RMA# and provide a return address for you. Once the materials have been confirmed as returned, we will initiate the process for your refund.

You must notify us within 60 days from the date of purchase. We will refund you to the Credit Card you paid with. If you paid by cash or check, we will refund you by check. We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and will again notify you once your materials have been received and your refund has been processed.

Please note: Once initiated, it can take up to 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card. If you have any questions, please contact us at the numbers above and we can give you a real-time status on your refund.
